Why Exemplia Group?

Well for a start,  we’re not your typical recruitment company! We believe in quality, not quantity when it comes to KPIs so we don’t use arbitrary, non-value adding targets that tie people down. We also don’t micro-manage – instead we look for opportunities to provide lots of autonomy and room for creativity and growth within your role.

We’re really proud of our open, friendly, collaborative, and diverse working environment.  We aim to ensure all our staff feel happy, well looked after, and secure – in return for a good work ethic, success and loyalty. 

We also take great pride in our commitment to the training and development of all our staff. We have a number of staff who joined us as graduates and have now progressed to senior positions within the business. 

Of course, similar to other recruitment companies, we also offer a fantastic incentive scheme. But even here, we like to be a bit different. 

So as well as an excellent bonus structure, we also offer an all-expenses annual trip which has usually been overseas in non-Covid times. Previous trips have included Portugal, Iceland (to see the Northern Lights and Blue Lagoon) and a skiing trip to France – and the entire company goes, from the administrators all the way up to the directors. Employee partners are also very welcome to be part of these trips.

This is where we really believe we stand out from other recruitment companies because we understand the critical importance of flexible working hours and how having a great work-life balance produces happier and more productive employees. So we thought about how we could do things differently and took a “What if?” approach.

  • …we give every qualifying member of staff the choice of £500 or an extra 5 days holiday in 2022 as a thank you for their hard work during the pandemic?
  • …you only work the hours you’re contracted to do?
  • …there’s no expectation to read and respond to emails outside of contract hours?

Well these aren’t “What if’s?” for us  anymore because we’ve done them. We offer all of these benefits, not instead of the standard ones, but as well as. We still provide excellent salaries, bonus schemes, private medical insurance, contributory pension and 23 days annual leave to include 3 days to cover our office closing between Christmas and New Year in addition to the 8 bank holidays. 

Of course we’re still not perfect and are continuously striving to improve our culture and business through active engagement with all of our employees.
